Top 4 star venue seeks a hard-working hands on food and beverage individual to some into our busy team and work with our existing restaurant manager to oversee 3 different restaurants ranging between 80 and 140 covers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing restaurant manager or experienced assistant to take on a large, diverse operation and take our business to the next level. This role will grow the right candidate within a variety of restaurants including fine-dining and grant them experience within large events on the C&B side. This can only act as a catalyst in developing a star individual into an F&B manager. The right individual will be hands-on, confident and proven themselves as a team leader.
